Since we moved to California and my how our lives have changed! I would never have guessed when we loaded up our car last August that in one year we would have a baby! Let's look at what all has happened this past year, shall we?

1. We drove all the way across the country in my '94 Nissan Sentra with Molly Bear in the back seat.
2. We lived in a hotel for a month.
3. We had both of our cars practically break down in the same month.
4. We found a new church and joined it.
5. We met some new friends.
6. We flew on an airplane multiple times across the country.
7. We found out we were going to have a baby. (and freaked out might I add)
8. We had (or I did at least) multiple breakdowns over missing our friends and family.
9. We both turned 25. Yikes!
10. We had a stinking baby!
Much more has happened over this past year and it has all been pretty good. I can't believe that we have already lived in California for a year already. The time has really flown by and for the most part I've enjoyed it. We've had our ups and downs like any year, but we've grown closer together through it all and I look forward to seeing what this next year brings!

Arden goes to the beach....first trip to Malibu..and yes, it was quite windy so please excuse my hair, and also I've been in the apartment all summer so also excuse my pastey skin.

This post makes me SO happy because I gave him the onesie that he is wearing in the first picture and one of the toys he is playing with in the last picture was a gift from Avery and Maddux. AWEEEEEEEE....
I don't get how you can possibly call anyone that cute a "stinking" baby!!! haha!
