...our pets HEADS are falling off!!!

Ok, not really...but we've moved to LA, we have no home, we have no money, our car is slowly dying... we fit right in now! So, we had to pay for our moving expenses up front, which took pretty much everything we had and then some, but will be reimbursed "within the first week." We've found an apartment we like, but we're waiting until I get on payroll before making any deposits. And the clutch is going out on the Sentra. Lora picked me up from work today and as we were driving to the hotel, it was getting harder and harder to shift until she couldn't do it anymore and we had to swap seats at a red light. I just jammed it into gear. We made it back to the hotel where I was able to adjust the clutch cable and proceeded to take a couple of victory laps around the parking lot (one for me and one for Lora). It shifts pretty normal now, but I'm almost positive the clutch is going out, and only after 195,000 miles. I was just glad it didn't happen in Kingman, AZ a.k.a. the armpit of America. My truck arrived in Gardena, CA today, about an hour away, so we'll hopefully pick it up tomorrow. Then we can take the Sentra to a shop and have the clutch replaced. Oh don't worry, I haven't changed, I would do it myself but our every possession is still packed away in storage until we move into an apartment.
