Well people, if you haven't heard....the Lott baby is a boy! As most of you know, I have said all along that I thought it would be a girl. Well, like in all things, God knows what He is doing and He knew all along that it was a boy! I told William before we went in for the ultrasound that I was nervous and he asked why. My response: "Well, even though I'll be excited whatever it is, I just hope that I don't make a face if he says it's a boy!" Well, I didn't make a face at all. After seeing that everything was looking "perfect" and that he is all healthy and growing correctly, I was thrilled to find out it was a boy. He was even sucking his thumb..which if any of you know, I was definitely a thumb sucker, so he is definitely my child already! Yes, it will take some getting used to and some switching of gears in my head, but I am really excited. Now, I can actually start picturing myself with a baby boy and can start to connect more with this human that is growing inside of me! We haven't come up with a name yet, but once we do, I think we are still going to keep it a secret. There has to be some surprises people! Anyway, like I said, everything is looking as it should, he was sucking his thumb, he waved at us, he weighs 9 oz., he definitely had a weiner (haha!), and his face looked like an alien. All that to say..it was a good day at the doctor!!
Here are the pics from the ultrasound. We got a DVD of the entire thing where you can see him moving and opening and closing his mouth and stuff, but I can't get it to upload on here...maybe later...but for now, here are his pics!

I am going to start a new game.
It's called:
"What's My Name....Not"
The object is to "NOT" guess the name New Baby Lott Boy!
Rules:
1. Cannot be a single letter name.
2. Cannot be the name of a reptile.
