Just to update

Well, not much has been going on in the Land of Lott. I have finally gotten our apartment all cleaned and feel like we're settled back in from our Christmas vacation. I have just been doing things around the house the last couple of days. I am still working on the wedding pictures that I took last weekend and am trying to finish up my website so that it can be up and running by the end of the month.

I'm planning a girl's night for next Tuesday night. I think the usual group will all be able to make it, so it should be quite fun and much needed!

Last night William and I went on a date to Island's fine burgers and drinks and then to a $3 movie theater to see Australia. We enjoyed dinner and had dessert at home before the movie. The movie was really long (almost 3 hours) but it was really good and definitely worth only $3!

I think I'm past the worst of the morning sickness. I don't even feel nauseated when I get out of bed in the mornings, which is definitely an improvement! We've started looking at baby stuff, as I mentioned before, and it is pretty overwhelming, but it's exciting too! We're trying to hold off on buying too much at once so that we don't fill up our apartment too soon before the baby even gets here. I dreamt a few nights ago that it was a girl and that after the delivery I was just hanging out, mingling, with all of our friends and family waiting for the nurses to bring her back. I kept telling people that I didn't even remember the labor and that it was no big deal, I felt great!....I'm hoping that's a sign that it won't be too bad! In the same night I dreamt that it came out a teenager that looked just like William but sounded like Donald Taddia. That was weird and I'm hoping that is not a sign of how things will turn out! 

Anyway, that's about it for now, just thought I'd update a wee bit on our not so exciting lives in California.
