Nothing new but I'll post anyway

Well I'm back into the swing of my ever so exciting life! I've cleaned the apartment, done laundry, walked Molly, run errands, and gotten up a hundred times a night to pee, which pretty much sums up my days! I have finished smocking and putting together another day gown (not dress!) for the babe and am pretty pleased with how it turned out! I'm almost done with another one and will post a pic when I'm done, but here's a pic of the two I've done so far:

Californians don't understand the desire to dress your child in smocked clothes and probably think I'm a huge dork for sitting at home and smocking. The little wife smocking while the husband goes off to work. Boring and dork, but oh well, I'll have a cute baby and they'll all be jealous!
I haven't been able to put the nursery all together or take pictures of the final outcome because Susan is still living with us and will be here through June 13th. It is kind of driving my OCD self a little crazy that I can't get in there and organize everything and put all his little clothes away, but I'm managing to restrain myself. We're helping Susan out in a big way and I guess that's worth me not being able to "nest" right now. I just hope the little guy doesn't come early where I never get the chance to do all of that! William did say though, that if he does come early, he'll make it happen and the nursery will be finished when we bring baby home. (not sure how he plans on making it happen, but I'm going to trust him on this one!) We have gotten a few more things from Babies R Us with our gift cards that we got at my Memphis shower. We got a baby bath thing (which collapses for easy storage which is a MUST in our ever seemingly shrinking apartment), a changing table pad and cover, and some baby towels and washcloths.  It's quite exciting to go pick out everything we know that we need so far and not have to pay a penny from our own pockets for it. What a blessing to have so many friends who have helped us out in so many ways! We still have a few essentials to pick out, but we've still got a little time to get everything together. Anyway, like I said, nothing new around here to really update you on, but thought I'd say hey anyway and let you know we're still "going along" and everything is going well!
