Boys, Boys and More Boys

We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new brother, even though we will still be waiting about 12 more weeks! William and I are racking our brains to come up with a third boy name, and still have not decided on one. The boys are transitioning into sharing a bedroom so that the baby can have a nursery. My body is rapidly growing in size and with aches and pains all over. I am worn out by lunch time and I don't even get up until 8:30 (thanks to my awesome husband who lets me sleep until he is literally walking out the door for work). We have figured out a way to fit 3 car seats into our little Focus wagon. And we are trying to get as many projects done around the house before April gets here. Other than that, we are ready!
This pregnancy has been different than my other two in a good way! I stopped getting morning/all day sickness soon after entering the second trimester, which was a much welcome relief and never happened with the others. I seem to feel more tired this time around, but I am also taking care of 2 others this time around so that makes sense. My back is pretty sore and I have to take it easy, otherwise I practically immobilize myself when I work too hard. Other than that, I am feeling pretty good, but definitely ready to not be pregnant anymore.
Arden and Porter have been so great throughout this whole process and we are so blessed to have boys who love each other and who love to play together and who are quite independent for being only 4 1/2 and 2. Arden is especially helpful when I can't do things and Porter just goes along with whatever everyone else is doing without needing much direction. They have really been enjoying each other lately and have a great time playing together. I'll end with some pictures of what they've been up to, but my hope is to be a better blogger this year so that I don't forget all the fun memories we are making with boys, boys, and more boys!

Getting ready for bed in their matching pajamas they got for Christmas

Arden's second round of getting some cavities filled. It was no fun, but he was a champ and did a great job sitting still and not complaining. It helped that their was a screen above him playing Cars (and that he'd been given some meds to help him relax, ha!)

Just being cute in his boots

Our current favorite activity - getting muddy! When you live in California,  January consists of 80 degree weather, so playing in muddy water outside is no big deal!

The superheroes came to help Daddy with the building our our patio cover. They were definitely a big help! *wink, wink*

And of course, we have a lot of this going on all the time- wrestling with and climbing on Daddy (sometimes dressed, but usually we (the boys) end up in undies...why is that so appealing?!)

Can't wait for our third little boy to jump right in and join in all the action!
